The outstanding bugs in this release are as follows:

Under Mac OS^® X you should kill the Kowari process rather than hitting Control-C as it seems cause the operating system to become unstable. This may be related to mapped I/O problems. Again, this does not lead to corruption of the database. SF bug 898486. This has been significantly improved but still occasionally fails.
Subqueries are currently inefficient when compared with doing non-nested queries. SF bug 914556.
jxUnitTests don't exercise FileTuples.beforeFirst(prefix). SF bug 919218.
Lucene write lock occasionally fails. SF bug 938977.
XANodePoolImpl sometimes fails in unit tests, no under normal operation. SF bug 938985.
ViewScreen does not close bean. SF bug 942751.
Must be able to re-configure shutdown and rmi port. SF bug 947512.
Unbound has poor toString. SF bug 947517.
Can't compile using JRockit JDK. SF bug 947534.
Fix unbound.joinHasNoDuplicates. SF bug 949673.
