Kowari^TM source can be obtained through anonymous (pserver) CVS. When prompted for a password for "anonymous", press the Enter key (that is, don't enter a password).

$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/kowari login

$ cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/kowari co kowari

Kowari source can also be browsed online via the CVS repository viewer.
